Related to the major outage from 26 Jan 23 Morning. Auto scaling of servers to meet demand inadvertently deployed copies of the defective application version in some clusters which caused a small subset of users to again see the error response from Nginx. The Nginx layer has since been reviewed as no longer necessary and removed.
